Workshop Series (PPA Merit Program) | Hugh Hargrave: Basic to Professional Camera Techniques

This workshop is a "hands on" class designed to take your photography to the next level. Hugh will detail how and why we set our cameras for various assignments from weddings, sports, editorial, architecture, portrait, commercial, and then you’ll be able to put those new skills into practice.

You’ll learn:

  • the exposure triangle

  • focus & depth of field

  • rule of thirds & other compositions

  • advanced camera settings

  • injecting creativity


What you need:

  • notetaking materials

  • camera, wide angle lens, normal lens, & tripod

  • laptop & charger

All skill levels welcome. Registration limited to 10 participants.
