Ready to take control of light anywhere and anytime? Drawing from his background in technical theater, Scott will break down how to shape, control, and transform light using a wide range of modifiers, from reflectors and umbrellas to snoots, grids, barn doors, and the Manfrotto HiLite. You’ll see how these tools work in real-world scenarios, with demonstrations ranging from simple one-light setups to more complex four-light arrangements.
In this hands-on program, you’ll explore how to:
Create beautiful “window light” without a window
Use a snoot creatively as both a main light and fill
Know when (and why) to use grids
Choose between reflective vs. shoot-through umbrellas
Incorporate reflectors effectively
Apply these lighting techniques on location
What to bring:

camera, preferred lens, & if available, Godox/Flashpoint trigger
