Ready to take your landscape and travel photography to the next level? This hands-on workshop dives into everything from planning and gear to lighting, permits, and must-see locations. You’ll learn which camera settings and accessories work best in tricky situations and how to shoot confidently in any environment. Most importantly, you’ll discover how to develop your own creative style and capture images that stand out from the crowd. Whether you're chasing sunsets or exploring hidden gems, this workshop will help you travel smarter, shoot better, and see the world through a whole new lens.

You’ll learn:

  • planning for a travel/landscape trip

  • how to research points of interest

  • camera equipment & accessories for landscapes

  • camera settings for landscape & travel photos

  • using your creativity to capture a scene differently

  • computer workflow & software


What you need:

  • notetaking materials

  • camera and lenses (24, 35, 50, 24-70, 24-120mm recommended)

  • tripod, batteries, cards, headlamp/flashlight

  • laptop & charger with Lightroom & Photoshop

  • sack lunch

All skill levels welcome. Registration limited to 11 participants.
